The Great American Spit Out

February 23rd is The Great American Spit Out (GASpO)! This day can give chew/spit tobacco users the inspiration to quit for a day - or even longer. More information can be found at www.throughwithchew.com.

Kick Butts Day

March 21, 2012 is Kick Butts Day where youth across the country Stand Out, Speak Up and Seize Control Against Big Tobacco. Cigar use among Maryland youth was a hot topic during the Great American Smokeout. In a press conference hosted by the MD. Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene, 2 of TRASH's very own youth from the Baltimore City Coalition, CLIA, spoke about small and little cigars, to a room full of press and school representatives.
